Forsyth Magazines writer since 2010. Emily is from Chapel Hill and has a degree in Spanish from UNC-Asheville as well a master’s degree in English as a second language education from UT-Knoxville. She and her husband, Brad, have been married for seven years and, together, they have two young boys! Emily speaks fluent Spanish and has traveled to more than 20 countries. She loves to read, cook and hike. She enjoys writing about issues that are relevant to women and family.
