Save Your Spot for the Live2Lead Experience



For the past three years, people around the world have been coming together for half a day to be inspired by some of the top leadership experts at the Live2Lead event. The event is broadcast live from Duluth, Georgia, to many locations. This year, Live2Lead will be held on Friday, October 6th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The Winston-Salem location is Old Town Baptist Church and organized by Goad Global Leadership, LLC.

“Live2Lead is designed to bring world-class leadership training to communities that might otherwise not have access to this type of event. Attendees will leave with practical tools and ideas they can apply immediately to their personal life, businesses, organizations, and churches,” said Chuck Goad, founder of Goad Global Leadership, LLC, and certified coach, trainer, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team.

The concept for the Live2Lead Simulcast was created by John Maxwell, bestselling author, speaker, and one of the world’s most influential leadership experts. According to Goad, Maxwell saw this event as a way to bring leadership training and world-class speakers to those around the world.

“Many people are not able to attend the live event in Duluth, because of time, money, or other reasons, but with technology and the ability to stream live over the internet, we can bring this extraordinary content to the Triad. We are seeing and hearing the same thing the people in Duluth are seeing as it is happening,” said Goad.

During this half day, attendees will have the opportunity to hear speakers, including John Maxwell and Dave Ramsey.

“The speakers for this event bring years of leadership experience and application that will add so much value to every person in attendance. Our speakers this year are John Maxwell, Cheryl Bachelder, former CEO of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, and leadership expert Warrick Dunn, former NFL running back and partner of the Atlanta Falcons, and Dave Ramsey, money management and leadership expert,” said Goad.

Along with Goad, the event is being led by Rick Speas and Goad’s wife, Amanda. Both are also certified coaches, trainers, and speakers with The John Maxwell Team.

“Rick and I have hosted this event in Winston-Salem every year since its inception, and it continues to get bigger every year. Our certifications allowed us to be part of the original kickoff and we have loved bringing it to the Triad each year. This year, Amanda is also hosting with us. She became certified last year, and we are so excited to have her share in this experience,” said Goad.
