Treasures Décor Double the love with a second location!

Maybe you’re downsizing and need new homes for your favorite furniture pieces. Perhaps you’re simply due a new look around the house, or you’re just starting out and need some design inspiration. Maybe (and what fun this is!) you are in the process of unlocking your own personal sense of style.

Treasures Décor may just be where you find your style niche! Spend some quality time at the Clemmons store, and you’ll discover new, well-loved, and distinctive accessories to brighten every room in your home.

New owner Tony Hinkle has been on board since October 2016, sharing his background in sales and retail and, as always, Tony says every day brings something new to the showroom floor. (Hint: if you see it and love it, buy it; don’t wait too long to find out it’s sold!) With the grand opening of a second location right next door – Treasures Décor Too – set for August 4, there is much to be excited about, and Tony and his staff are quick to recognize their amazing base of regular, loyal consignors that keep the inventory fresh and exciting.

“We have the absolutely best consignors,” says Tony. “They bring us wonderful things, and those who are downsizing bring us high-end items that are a perfect match for our customers.”

Keeping their inventory on the upscale side and being selective when it comes to quality and design keeps customers coming back.

When the second location hosts its grand opening Friday, August 4, Treasures Décor will close its former warehouse space on Empire Drive, and welcome regular and new customers to visit the new place seven days a week for exciting new pieces and stylish market samples coming directly from showrooms. The original location will continue to tempt you with newly acquired furniture items, consigned pieces (always at the 50/50 rate), and other decorative accessories.

A frequent comment among regular customers is how much they appreciate seeing available pieces presented in stylish vignettes, based on color and style. It’s essential to see just how a beautiful vase or painting might fit into your own space. From dining room, living room, and bedroom suite furniture (think Ethan Allen, Thomasville, Craftique, Bob Timberlake, and Pottery Barn, among others) to timeless accessories of artwork in a variety of media, rugs, mirrors, lamps, and picture frames, you’ll see everything from mid-century and industrial looks, to eclectic pieces from the ‘50s and ‘60s. Their shelves also offer intriguing collectibles, Depression-era glass, trinkets, and novelty items that are not only perfect to accent a room, but also make unique gifts. And quality antiques arrive regularly when previous owners are looking for the best landing spaces for some of their family-owned pieces.

If you’re looking to update but feel like you need a nudge in the right direction, Treasures Décor also has two talented consultants on staff. Kathy Allen, design consultant, and Mindy Bradley, sales consultant, are experienced and eager to consult with clients in-home or at the store.

In anticipation of the newest location opening August 4, Treasures Décor will also hold a special Ladies’ Night on Thursday, August 3, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., to tempt you with the exciting things coming at the new space.

Visit both locations of Treasures Décor at 110 Westwood Village Drive in the heart of Clemmons, reach them at 336-306-9341, treasuresdecorconsignments.com, or follow them on Facebook for updates and events. Both Treasures Décor and Treasures Décor Too are open Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday noon – 5:00 p.m. Consignments are welcome any day, with no appointment necessary, but they do suggest for larger items you start with a photo before transporting it to the store.
