National Wear Red Day: ‘Go Red For Women’

February is American Heart Month and Friday, February 7th is National Wear Red Day as part of The American Heart Association’s ‘Go Red For Women’ movement. Heart disease is the number 1 killer of women, taking one out of every three women from our lives. It also does not play favorites. Heart disease affects women of all ethnicities and does not discriminate by age. Ninety percent of women have one or more risk factors for developing heart disease – but heart disease is 80% preventable! Together, we can make a change for the women in our lives and in our own futures! Live heart- healthy – share the message with other women in your life – Go Red!

Forsyth Woman Girls’ Night Out Goes Red!

In honor of Valentine’s day, this special ‘Girls’ Night Out’ in February is Couples Night! Come Celebrate with your Valentine, whoever it is – your hubby, best friend, neighbor, mom, co-worker, etc. There will be Valentine Drink Specials and a $10 hors d’oeuvres buffet.
