“It is our desire to give clients the peace of mind to get everything on their holiday check list done and still enjoy the season with their family and friends. We have a great team who makes whatever the client wants to do happen one way or another,” said owner Minnie Aikens.
According to Aikens, the team is able to complete a variety of tasks. This list includes: holiday shopping, picking out unique gifts and wrapping them, mailing packages, addressing and mailing holiday cards, shopping for groceries, assisting with decorating, creating personalized gift baskets, assisting with party planning, and delivering gifts. These services are only available during October through December. However, there are also other ways to receive assistance during this time of the year.
“If a service you would like us to do isn’t on the list, just ask. We’ll let you know up front if it is possible or not. Also, we suggest to our clients other ideas for easing stress. These ideas can include hiring a cleaning crew to help before and after your holiday parties, as well as hiring a butler service for all of the prep and clean up during the party. In addition, get someone to hang your outside lights or have a photographer come to your home and take pictures. Also, we like to suggest to our clients to make time for getting a massage. I know this sounds wacky, but a few hours of relaxation can give you the boost you need. Lastly, swap babysitting with friends or have a family meal catered. There are so many ways you can simplify and give yourself more time this holiday season,” said Aikens.
The team at Busy as a Bee Concierge asks clients to contact them no later than December 1st. All holiday services must be completed by December 21st.
“We have clients contacting us right after Thanksgiving; the earlier the better. Our deadline for client services is the 21st, because I like for our team to have time to get ready for the holidays themselves and enjoy time with their family and friends,” said Aikens.
Along with the holiday assistance listed above, gift of time gift cards are available. The recipient of the gift card receives a minimum one hour of seasonal help.
