The Historic Brookstown Inn Offers Corporate Catering Options

The Historic Brookstown Inn is a place of picturesque charm and nostalgia.  A premier site for weddings and corporate events, the property practically breathes Southern hospitality.  But services of the Historic Brookstown Inn go well beyond the walls of the facility itself.  Local businesses are delighted to learn that they also offer corporate catering.

“Since renovating and repurposing the Historic Brookstown Inn in 2013,” shared Allison Watts, Director of Sales, “we’ve been known for excellence.  Travelers love the convenience of our location coupled with the ambiance of a hotel property that is different from the norm. Additionally, our property offers a unique and affordably priced venue that is loved throughout the community. As our name and reputation for excellence grew, so did the requests for a dining experience.  We were thrilled to open The Cotton Mill Lounge in 2017.”

Cotton Mill Lounge

Set behind a sliding private door from the J Burns Boardroom, or past the Grand Ballroom entrance of the Historic Brookstown Inn, the Cotton Mill Lounge carries a jazz lounge vibe and features a full-service bar and vinyl tunes. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy a great cocktail while listening to some of the best music ever written. Dark and swanky with rich wood accents and a grand bar, soft seating and lighting accents, this is a great hideaway from the daily enterprise. On select nights, Thursday through Saturday evenings, a chef’s choice menu offers a delectable taste to accompany a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails.  This interesting space is perfect for private functions that require a more intimate setting and caters to thirty guests or less.

As word got out about the delicious menu options available at the Cotton Mill Lounge, the catering branch has grown and expanded.  With customizable menus, based on the size, theme, and even season of the event, the team at the Historic Brookstown Inn can produce culinary delights to be enjoyed by anyone!

“The Historic Brookstown Inn corporate catering services can be utilized for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” shared Allison.  “We can design catering menus for cocktail parties, meetings, breakout sessions, and networking events.  The catering menu includes options for buffets or plated meals, hor d’oeuvres, or even carving stations.  We have tremendous talent on our catering team, and they love to work with our clients, designing menus specific to their unique needs.”

As the holiday season approaches, corporate event planners are in search of culinary options that are both delicious and affordable.  Plus, with so many dietary needs to meet – vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. – having a caterer who can offer options is a big plus!

Beyond the great menu options, the Historic Brookstown Inn’s catering division also offers tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, glassware, and complimentary tasting.  AV equipment rental is also available, making this a one-stop shopping experience that busy event planners appreciate.

A recent guest raved about the catering experience at the Historic Brookstown Inn, “Allison and Erik were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Erik had great ideas, most of which we implemented at the party. We had prime rib, crab cakes, green beans, mashed potatoes. All the guests raved about the food.”

Whether you’re looking for event or meeting space, or want catering delivered to an office, the Historic Brookstown Inn can accommodate either option.  And with ten years of experience, planners and their guests can be assured that they will not be disappointed!
