Paparazzi Hair Salon

Paparazzi Hair Salon Owner Bobbie Skinner is an expert in more than just hair. She is a successful business owner, a strong believer in the benefits of hard work and determination, and knows that giving back to the community goes hand in hand with success.

“Success is not an option to me; it is the only way,” said Skinner. “Once I decided to open Paparazzi, I knew that with enough determination anything was possible. Success in life lies in the hands of the beholder. You are as successful or unsuccessful as you want to be. I believe this is a great philosophy in life.”

Skinner wants to be very successful, and so she is. Her success in business allows her to be successful in other areas of life that are important to her, such as giving back. “Community is very important to me and the salon,” said Skinner. “Without the community support, our community wouldn’t be as prosperous as it is. We want to help continue the growth and prosperity of our community in a positive way.” Skinner decided that

Paparazzi Hair Salon would directly support Clemmons Middle School and West Forsyth High School. “These schools are great to work with and love the support of the community,” said Skinner. “We just did a 50/50 raffle for Clemmons Middle School, and we also styled their hair for their Valentine’s dance and donated all the money to the school. It’s fun to make a difference and see the smiles on their faces when leaving the salon refreshed and renewed. We also support all other local schools as well. We are a member of a group called BUS – Businesses United for Schools. We offer discounts to all teachers and school employees in order to help them out because we want them to feel beautiful and stay in our community to teach and assist in education.”
Paparazzi Hair Salon is successful because it gives back to the community that supports it, but more importantly, it is successful because its employees are the highest quality. “We are proud to be part of the Wella Professionals community of hairdressers,” said Skinner. “We are continuously having in-salon educational classes to further our expertise and learn the latest trends in coloring and cutting techniques. Wella is the leading educator and largest used color line in the world. It is continuously changing the color world and the development of color to be safer and more natural for its clients. At Paparazzi, we only want the best for our clients in all ways. We offer the Wella Luxeoil Keratin Conditioning treatment that would be perfect to revive the hair after these long winter months. It’s great even for fine hair because it won’t weigh it down like other treatments, as it was formulated for fine hair. It is known as Liquid Luxury and smells delicious. We also offer the Keratin Complex smoothing treatment. Your stylists can help you choose which treatment will best suit your hair needs.”

Even with the best products available, it takes a trained stylist to know the best way to use them. Skinner’s staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every way possible. “Our staff is very detailed in resolving any hair issues you may be having,” said Skinner. “Whether it is hair thinning, or you have a side that just won’t lay right. We can cut and help teach you how to style and overcome these issues. We want you to be able to duplicate our masterpieces at home, too. We want your hair beautiful every day between your visits to Paparazzi, and we work together, if needed, to give you the most expert results in the industry. We have a well-rounded group of educated stylists that welcome new clients to join our family. With summer around the corner, we can freshen up your summer look with new highlights. Whether you want to look ‘sun-kissed’ or bold and bright, we can make it happen without jeopardizing the integrity of your hair. Call for a free consultation today!”
