Becca Breeden

Becca Breeden is the creator of the Instagram blog, @WinstonWandering. She was inspired to create this blog when she moved to Winston-Salem from South Carolina in 2016 because she saw the need for a page that displays the history, beautiful spots, delicious restaurants and locally owned stores in Winston-Salem. She hopes her Instagram page has inspired locals to discover hidden gems, learn about new businesses and developments, and pay respects to the city’s favorite places. During COVID, she has tried to support locals by purchasing from local businesses and advertising for many on her Instagram feed. While Winston Wandering is her creative outlet, she is an Insurance Underwriter at National General Insurance by day. She is also a member of the Junior League of Winston-Salem, New Benefactors of Old Salem and Echelon Winston-Salem.

Lindsey Little is the new office manager at Sunrise Yoga Studio. Fitness and well-being have always been an avid interest of hers. In 2009, while living in Atlanta, she began attending classes at a local gym and loved it so much that she went on to get certified to teach Group Kick (cardio kickboxing) through Body Training Systems in 2010. She also began taking yoga classes while there, and this sparked her yoga journey. After practicing yoga off and on for many years, Lindsey made the decision to get serious about her practice in 2019. She started taking classes at Sunrise in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that Sunrise offers. She then decided to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga by joining Sunrise’s 200-hour teacher training program, which she graduated from in August of 2020. She loved it so much that she decided to embark upon Sunrise’s 300-hour teacher training program in her journey to become a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. As the studio was poised to reopen in September of 2020, owner and operator of Sunrise Yoga Studio, Valerie Kiser, needed support and Lindsey was ready to take on the role as office manager. Lindsey has a degree in business marketing from The University of Alabama. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys studying a variety of different topics such as Western and Vedic astrology and holistic medicine, taking her dog for walks in nature and spending time with her two children.
